Wolves Preview: Wolves’ improvement

Ever since the appointment of former Porto boss Vitor Pereira in mid-December, Wolverhampton Wanderers have been much-improved and generally very impressive as they climb towards the middle-of-the-table in the Premier League.

Wolves come into this one on the back of extending their winning streak to five matches thanks to a 1-0 win at Old Trafford against Manchester United thanks to an excellent 77th minute free-kick scored by Spain international Pablo Sarabia.

Leicester Preview: Grim campaign

Leicester City are expected to soon part company with manager Ruud van Nistelrooy following their inevitable relegation being mathematically confirmed last weekend with a 1-0 defeat to Liverpool at the King Power Stadium last weekend due to a Trent Alexander-Arnold winner.

The Foxes have scored just six goals in their last 18 matches in the Premier League with all six of those goals on the road. Quite astonishingly, they haven’t scored at the King Power since a 2-2 draw with Brighton and Hove Albion in early December.

Wolves vs Leicester Prediction

Wolverhampton Wanderers have been genuinely very impressive since the appointment of Pereira and if the season began when he replaced Gary O’Neil then they would be challenging for the European spots. Leicester have been woeful throughout the campaign but especially since the arrival of Van Nistelrooy and their return to the Championship has been with a whimper and a comfortable Wolves victory is to be expected for this one, especially at home.

Wolves vs Leicester Tip: Wolves to win -1 handicap
