Slovakia and Germany have it all to do if they are to remain in the Winter Olympics after managing just one win apiece during the group stage. The Slovakians come into this on the back of a win at least after they got the better of Latvia in their final game of Group C while Germany put up a good fight as they went down to the United States. There is little to split the two but the Germans will take a lot from their showing last time out and having defeated Slovakia 4-1 in their previous matchup in November, Germany are favoured to prevail here.
