Valencia Preview: Excellent Valencians
On Christmas Eve, relegation-bound Valencia brought in Carlos Corberan from West Bromwich Albion and he has managed to propel the Valencians out of the bottom three and the relegation places with an extremely impressive few months of form.
That extremely impressive few months continued last weekend with Valencia defeating Real Madrid by two goals to one at the Bernabeu. Mouctar Diakhaby opened the scoring after 15 minutes before Hugo Duro then notched a 95th minute winner for the Valencians.
Sevilla Preview: Frustrated Andalusians
Sevilla have required three permanent managers in each of the last two seasons but former Las Palmas boss Garcia Pimienta is expected to be the only manager in charge of Sevilla throughout this campaign, despite their general mid-table obscurity.
The visitors come into this one on the back of a third successive defeat in La Liga with a 2-1 loss at home to Atletico Madrid at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in a game in which they opened the scoring before Pablo Barrios scored a 93rd minute winner.

Valencia vs Sevilla Prediction
Since his appointment back in December, Valencia have suffered just four defeats in their last 16 matches across all competitions with all four of those losses coming against Atletico Madrid, twice against Barcelona and Real Madrid. They now face a Sevilla side that have, as mentioned, struggled of late with some indifferent form as they drift down in the bottom-half of La Liga. Valencia, especially with the raucous and hostile atmosphere of Mestalla, will be viewed as firm favourites for this one.
Valencia vs Sevilla Tip: Valencia to win
