Valencia vs Celta Vigo Prediction
Since the appointment of West Bromwich Albion boss Carlos Corberan last month, Valencia’s performances have improved but Los Che come into this one on the back of being annihilated by seven goals to one at Barcelona last weekend. That means they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting five points adrift of safety. They now face a Celta side that have had 63 goals scored in their 21 matches so far this season but their form has dipped with the Galicians’ 1-1 draw away to Deportivo Alaves last weekend means they have managed just one victory in their last five matches. Celta will be expected to maintain their attacking threat, whilst Valencia have the pressure of needing to win, especially at Mestalla, so both teams scoring would appear a good bet for this one.
