Tommy Paul vs Ethan Quinn Prediction

Tommy Paul had a tough opening match against Jenson Brooksby who pushed the third seed all the way. Brooksby won the first-set tiebreak before Paul went on to take the second and third sets 6-3 6-4.

Paul now faces another up-and-coming talent in 20-year-old Ethan Quinn and the number nine in the world will be keen to put another marker down against his compatriot.

Quinn has come through three rounds to reach this stage including two rounds in qualifying. He beat Trevor Svajda in the first round 6-4 6-2 and that was his third successive straight-sets victory.

He now faces Paul and he will know he has to step up a level against the third seed.

Paul has had a mixed start to 2025 but he will see this tournament as one he can do well on. The dropped set against Brooksby will give him that wake-up call and we expect him to get the win here and likely in straight sets.
