Tomas Martin Etcheverry vs Hamad Medjedovic prediction
Tomas Martin Etcheverry is looking for the spark to ignite his 2025.
The Argentine has dropped out of the top 50 after some inconsistent results, including just one win from three clay-court tournaments over the past few weeks.
In contrast, the 21-year-old Medjedovic is at a career-high 61 after he backed up a run to the final in Marseille with a run from qualifying to the round of 16 in Barcelona.
Etcheverry won in a lower tier event when they met on the clay of Aix-en-Provence two years ago, but the South American’s form isn’t what it was while the Serb is currently in buoyant mood.
If Etcheverry clicks into gear he’d be the tip here, but there’s something about Medjedovic at the moment and he could well come out on top in what will surely be a battle.
Tomas Martin Etcheverry vs Hamad Medjedovic tip: Over 2.5 sets
