THE PREDICTION
Mexico meet South Africa, who fell to defeat in both of their Group A fixtures so far and are on the brink of elimination from the tournament. Whilst Mexico were beaten by Japan after going 2-0 down inside of ten minutes and despite getting a late goal back, couldn’t level proceedings. The likelihood is that Mexico will start this match a lot more composed, knowing that the key for them is to tighten up defensively. Goals have not been a problem for them over the course of the competition so far, having found the net five times so far and if they can maintain that clinical edge here, combined with an increased focus from the first minute then Mexico should be able to secure the three points.
