LUCIA BRONZETTI VS ARYNA SABALENKA PREDICTION
Aryna Sabalenka established herself as one of the major contenders for the 2024 US Open women’s singles title after winning in Cincinnati leading up to this tournament and so far, she hasn’t disappointed. The motivation of losing in last year’s final at Flushing Meadows no doubt drives her on and it’s going to take an exceptional performance from someone to stop the Belarusian.
Lucia Bronzetti is unlikely to be that player despite her pedigree at the US Open, reaching the third round in 2023. Her first round victory came after opponent Lulu Sun retired hurt following the first set which was won by the Italian. But Sabalenka’s all-round game is expected to overwhelm Bronzetti and lead to victory in two sets for the 2023 finalist.
