LORENZO MUSETTI VS NICOLAS JARRY PREDICTION
Lorenzo Musetti returns to action after he took a week off following the Bronze Medal he won at the Paris 2024 Olympics so the likeable Italian should be fresh and coming into this week in great shape. Musetti is enjoying a superb year and he will be fired up to do well this week.
He meets Chilean Nicolas Jarry whose career appears to be stalling right now. His form is poor having been knocked out of his last four tournaments in the first round he has played, and that does not bode well for his hopes this week and in this match.
Jarry did win the only previous meeting between the two players last year on clay but his best performances seem to be saved for that surface. He has little else to shout about in 2024 on other surfaces. He did make the quarters back in March in Miami on hard courts but his miserable recent form does not make good reading. Musetti has to be favoured to progress here.
