JANNIK SINNER VS JIRI LEHECKA PREDICTION

World number one Jannik Sinner is somehow managing to put the off-court dramas around his failed drug test controversy to the back of his mind and continue playing a high level of tennis right now. There may be some signs as he has lost the first set in both of his matches so far against Nicolas Jarry and Roman Safiullin but he is producing enough to fightback and eventually win.

He meets Jiri Lehecka who he played earlier this year at Indian Wells and it was Sinner who emerged victorious in that match 6-3 6-3.

Lehecka is working his way back nicely after his injury that ruled him out for several months across the spring and summer. The 22-year-old has produced some good results in recent weeks and is competing really well.

He has faced two Spaniards so far in Beijing but this will be a stern test for him. Much will depend on what frame of mind Sinner is in, but he is seemingly still producing the goods. He should have too much quality for Lehecka assuming he is fully focused.
