World number one Iga Swiatek is yet to win a WTA title in her native Poland and that looks to be one of the reasons she has entered the fray this week. With that clear goal in mind, the 21-year-old should have little problem blasting through the field this week in much the same way she took out fellow Pole Magdalena Frech for just three games conceded on Wednesday. Swiatek lost to Alize Cornet in the third round at Wimbledon last time out to end her incredible winning streak at 37 and she may well be glad to be rid of it ahead of a promising North American hardcourt swing. Lucky loser Gabriela Lee came back from a set down bravely to beat Raluca Serban either side of a rain delay but this should be eons out of her reach. Back Swiatek to win the match with less than 14.5 games played.
