Big things are expected of Wimbledon runner-up Jasmine Paolini, who is no doubt determined to go one better at her latest grand slam. However, the hard court of Flushing Meadows has not been kind to her across the Italian’s career, with Paolini having yet to reach the third round of the US Open. It’s important to note though, that Paolini’s game has vastly improved over the past couple of years and she’s now in the best position to really kick on at this tournament.
