BERNARDA PERA VS ANASTASIA POTAPOVA PREDICTION
Arguably the biggest weakness in Bernarda Pera’s game is playing on grass. Her style of play has never been suited to the surface and in five previous first round matches at Wimbledon, Pera’s tasted defeat in every one. With that in mind, this serves as a great chance for Potapova to reach the second round.
The 23-year-old played some very good tennis recently in Birmingham and made it to the third round in last year’s Wimbledon. It would be no surprise to see Potapova take advantage of Pera’s grass court struggles, which should lead to the Russian advancing through, most likely in straight sets.
