The 24-year-old has the potential for even more growth, especially on hardcourts, and he will be an intriguing player to follow in Melbourne as he aims to best his third round exit last season.
THE PREDICTION
There is the scent of an upset about this match for a few reasons, even though Lloyd Harris is one to watch for a run to week two in Melbourne.
