THE PREDICTION
23-year-old Michael Mmoh lost to fellow American Marcos Giron in the first round of the Murray River Open last week but he enjoyed a good qualifying run in January to make the first round here. He will face world number 202 Viktor Troicki for the first time, with the Serb in similar form having won all three qualifying matches last month before a first round defeat to in-form Emil Ruusuvuori. With both players so close in the ATP rankings this looks like a four or five-set slog in a match that could go any which way. On the face of it, perhaps some vast Grand Slam experience will favour the 34-year-old Troicki here but it might be best to opt for both players to take a set and leave it there.
