What a mouth-watering match this could turn out to be between the world number six Stefanos Tsitsipas and recent European Open champion Ugo Humbert. Both players turned 22 this year and while it has taken the Frenchman a little longer to reach this level it could not be too long before he is in the upper echelons of the ATP rankings to challenge the best alongside Tsitsipas. The pair have not faced each other at tour-level yet and tennis fans everywhere will be keen to see what happens here. Humbert will be at a disadvantage in terms of energy-levels after a mammoth three-set win over fellow youngster Casper Ruud yesterday but he will have the match-fitness edge with Tsitsipas coming in on a bye here. It would not be a shock by any means if Humbert continued his good form by beating the Greek at a home tournament but it is hard to go against Tsitsipas at such an early stage of a Masters tournament. It should see a set go both ways here but Tsitsipas can edge what should be a fantastic event.
