Stefanos Tsitsipas vs Hamad Medjedovic Prediction

Stefanos Tsitsipas was finding a bit of form in Rotterdam a couple of weeks ago and the Greek star will be hoping to carry that momentum in Doha this week.

He picked up a couple of wins including a three-set battle against Tallon Griekspoor but eventually was eliminated in the quarters by Mattia Bellucci.

He gets his Qatar Open campaign underway against Hamad Medjedovic who comes off a great week in Marseille last week where he reached his second ATP Tour final. He lost to Ugo Humbert but there were plenty of positives for the 21-year-old Serb who will be full of confidence coming into this tournament.

The only fear for the Serb is a physical and psychological come down after last week so it will be interesting to see if he can raise his game for this one. Tsitsipas has his struggles with consistency but one would expect him to win this match.
