The prediction

St Kilda face their toughest test of the season when they take on the GWS Giants. Since a heavy defeat to the Adelaide Crows in their first match, the Saints have recorded three straight victories. Last week they turned back Port Power in Adelaide and remain in South Australia for this Gather Round matchup. 

The Giants have been moving along quite nicely. They did what they had to do against the West Coast Eagles at home and now face several weeks away from their home track, and this should be a good barometer of where their season is heading.

The Giants will look to forward spearhead Jesse Hogan fresh off a nine-goal outburst last week to once again lead from the front. For the Saints, Jack McRae has been racking up possessions for fun and currently sits third in the AFL with 32 touches per game. Sitting number one and two in touches are the Giants combo of Tom Green and Lachie Whitfield with 66 per game between them. This game promises to be fast flowing and plenty of points would appear to be on offer.

We think the Giants will have a little bit too much class for the Saints in what promises to be an entertaining contest.
