South Korea vs Jordan Prediction
Julian Nagelsmann started a stagnation and decline in the South Korean national team which was eased by the appointment of Hong Myung-bo but things have been frustrating once again. They now take on a Jordan side that remain in contention for a top two spot themselves.
The South Koreans come into this one on the back of being held to a frustrating 1-1 draw by Oman at the Goyang Stadium the other day in a game in which Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Hwang Hee-chan opened the scoring just before the break but they were pegged back in the 80th minute via Ali Al Busaidi.
Jordan, on the other hand, managed to comfortably defeat Palestine by three goals to one with all four goals coming in the first-half of the game. Jordan’s goals were scored by Yazan Al Arab, Abdallah Nasib and Stade Rennais forward Mousa Al Tamari. They sit tucked inside the top two of Group B of AFC qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
South Korea have been unconvincing but are still expected to come out on top in this one, although a low-scoring affair appears likely as Jordan seek to frustrate the Koreans.
