Sofia Kenin entered the Qatar Open as a wildcard and after beating Ashlyn Krueger, now meets a qualifier in Alycia Parks, who is still yet to drop a set after three matches. She upset seed Diana Shnaider in the last round, defeating the Russian 6-4, 7-6 (7-2) and is in red-form heading into this latest contest.

Parks will no doubt see this as a huge opportunity after having gotten past Shnaider, but Kenin also has significant pedigree and her power will be a big challenge for Parks to contend with. This one really could go either way and it would be no surprise to see a third set, which is well worth backing here.
