Ulster have not played for three weeks since a 10-16 victory away at Edinburgh and home fans will be hoping they are the right side of refreshed rather than rusty. The hosts snapped a three-match losing streak in the United Rugby Championship after a tough tour of South Africa and that has seen them drop as far as fifth now in the play-off chase with travelling Sharks just one point ahead. The visitors are riding a four-match winning streak from rearranged home games but they have lost three of their four trips outside of South Africa so far this season and Ulster will be up for this challenge in a huge way. This could come closer than some think but taking the hosts to cover a reduced -3 seems reasonable.
