THE PREDICTION
The Stormers will have expected to beat travelling Zebre Parma comfortably last Sunday and they duly delivered, with a 55-7 victory the latest in a humiliating season for the Italian side. The win saw them bounce back from an agonisingly close 19-17 defeat at Connacht last month but that is their only loss from their last six in the United Rugby Championship to pull within sight of the play-offs. Visiting Cardiff are pretty depleted as it is and back-to-back heavy defeats at Ulster and most recently 37-20 at Lions last Sunday does not bode well for their chances in this rearranged tour of South Africa. The mood is likely low in the touring party and Stormers can take advantage of that to match the Lions’ margin by covering -16 here.
