THE LOWDOWN
WALES
Wales made it back-to-back wins at the Rugby World Cup as they got the better of Portugal. There is still plenty of improvement to come from the Welsh in what is a pivotal game in Pool C but they will fancy their chances against an underperforming Australia side.
AUSTRALIA
Australia went down to Fiji last week to blow the pool wide open. Having defeated Georgia in their opening game, the Wallabies were poor as they were no match for the Fijians and another loss in this game could see their RWC campaign come to an unthinkable premature conclusion.
THE PREDICTION
This is a huge match in Pool C as Wales take on Australia. Both teams will be hoping to qualify for the knockout stages but Fiji have thrown a spanner in the works after their win against the Australians last week. Neither side have really impressed to date but in such a huge game, slight preference is for the Welsh having managed to win both of their games so far while the Wallabies have lost six of their last seven matches.
