THE LOWDOWN

SOUTH AFRICA

South Africa played their part in a brutal game with Ireland but the reigning world champions fell just short in that game and will now aim to bounce back in this game with Tonga.

TONGA

Tonga suffered a second loss in succession as they were on the end of a heavy defeat to Scotland. The Tongans will need to aim up here against the Springboks but are likely to be outclassed against a team that need to win.

THE PREDICTION

South Africa will need to hit back here after going down to Ireland in a pulsating clash last week. The Springboks will want to build some momentum ahead of the knockout stages and while Tonga will be game, the gulf in quality is likely to be evident with South Africa able to secure a big victory.
