THE PREDICTION

Bath were well beaten in their Challenge Cup play-off 41-19 at Edinburgh. They won back-to-ack Premiership matches for the first time this season back in March but five matches without a win since across all competitions sees them still languishing at the bottom of the table. Travelling Northampton Saints will be weakened here without their talisman Dan Biggar, as the fly-half misses the next three matches with a three-match suspension for a dangerous tackle against Gloucester in a 31-21 loss in their Challenge Cup play-off last weekend. However, Saints had enjoyed a five-match unbeaten run before that and they can be backed to sneak a win here with a suitably cautious +2 head start.
