THE PREDICTION

Romania have endured some tough results in their summer international matches as they have lost 31-17 at the hands of the USA while they were comprehensively beaten 56-6 last weekend by Georgia. This represents another step up in class for them as they now face the Italians in San Benedetto del Tronto. Italy had a free weekend last week which will have been a welcomed reset after losing to Scotland and Ireland. They will relish this opportunity to get back to action and focus on some of their attacking play. Expect the hosts to be highly motivated to get some points under their belts but avoid the handicap in this one.
