THE PREDICTION
Romania have two wins from two in November after a 56-15 romp against the Netherlands last Saturday backed-up an impressive 29-14 victory over Uruguay the week before. They could well move above their next opponents Tonga in the Rugby World Rankings if they beat their visitors here and that is not out of the question. Tonga have lost five matches on the spin since July to New Zealand, Samoa, Scotland, England and French Barbarians last time out with a host of injuries certainly affecting their form. In normal service Tonga would be viewing this fixture as a training game but with their confidence shot taking hosts Romania to win with a +2 head-start looks a reasonable option here.
