THE PREDICTION
Scotland produced some eye-catching performances in the Six Nations
earlier in the year and they will be eager to build on those efforts as
they host Tonga in this Autumn Nations Series. On top of a
straightforward but convincing win over Italy in which they posted 52
points, the Scots also managed to overcome both England and France so
they should be full of confidence. Tonga arrive for this game on the
back of heavy losses against New Zealand and Samoa. The defeat to the
All Blacks saw them ship 102 points and while the Scots are not expected
to get close to that total, they should still be able to cover the
-32 handicap if they play anywhere near the level that they produced
during the Six Nations.
