THE PREDICTION
The Barbarians are boasting an exciting line-up for this farewell to what has been a vastly exciting Autumn Nations Series. They boast the likes of Steven Kitshoff and Duane Vermeulen from the Springboks’, a strong Japanese contingent and an all-Australian combo at half-back with James O’Connor and Nic White captained by Scotland’s Ryan WIlson. Australia’s Head Coach Dave Rennie will manage the BaaBaas for a likely enjoyable break from the out-of-sorts Wallabies, with his recent attack on referees looking like a man under pressure. Samoa have been unable to enjoy much of this season due to covid-19 complications but they got a first win on the board for 2021 with a convincing double over Tonga in July to qualify for the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Barely any match practice this season and a long trip to Twickenham to face many battle-hardened internationals looks like a comfortable victory by the Barbarians, who can cover -18 here.
