THE PREDICTION
Uganda have a huge opportunity to win Pool C with their current Rugby World Ranking at 41st , well above Ghana in 87th and Algeria a few places below that. They have previously won the Rugby Africa Cup, albeit a long time ago back in 2007, and they have finished third behind pre-tournament favourites Kenya and Namibia in each of the last three editions. Ghana are a relatively new side having played their first international in 2003 and this will be their first ever meeting with Uganda. The Ugandans should be too hot to handle in this match but there have been some closer-than-expected results so far this tournament so take them to cover a cautious -10.
