THE PREDICTION
The Hull derby will bring the 2022 Magic Weekend to a close with both teams desperate for a win. The pair come into this on the back of some extremely poor results with Rovers going down to bottom side Toulouse last week while Hull were hammered by Leeds Rhinos. Rovers have lost six of their last seven league games with things no better for their cross-city rivals having lost four-in-a-row. There is little to split the pair here with both struggling with injuries and suspensions, so much so that the Black and Whites have brought in several academy products for a potential debut as well as three players on short-term loans. That should give Rovers the edge here but it is extremely tough to pick a winner and it is best to avoid backing anything in this game.
