THE PREDICTION
Penrith Panthers bounced back from their heavy loss to Parramatta Eels by comfortably overcoming Canberra Raiders on the road last week, despite being without their first-choice halves pairing. The Panthers did a great job of repelling their opponents and will look to build on that defensive effort in this clash with Melbourne Storm. The visitors made it back-to-back wins thanks to beating Gold Coast Titans but this will be a much tougher assignment and they are still a long way from their best judging by last week’s performance. The Panthers have lost just once at home all season and they should be able to record another success in this matchup with the Storm missing too many key men to worry them.
