Romania vs Bosnia-Herzegovina Prediction

Romania were impressive at UEFA EURO 2024 as they reached the knockout stages and they have been developing over recent years with success at youth levels. They now face a Bosnia-Herzegovina side that endured a tough campaign in League A of the UEFA Nations League.

The Romanians, under the management of former Shakhtar Donetsk boss Mircea Lucescu, backed up their UEFA EURO 2024 campaign by winning all six of their UEFA Nations League League C matches, scoring 18 goals and conceding just three in the process. They now head into League B alongside the Bosnians.

That is because Bosnia-Herzegovina were automatically relegated from League A with just two points collected from their six matches, scoring four goals and conceding 17 in the process. They did, though, manage to share a 1-1 draw with the Netherlands in their most recent outing at Bilino Polje in November.

These were two divisions apart just a few months ago but Romania have more pedigree and generally better form, as well as home advantage, so will be firm favourites for this one.
