Roman Safiullin vs Reilly Opelka Prediction

Roman Safiullin has yet to win a match in the main draw of any ATP Tour tournament in 2025 so the Russian will be desperate to get one under his belt in Indian Wells.

The 27-year-old did reach the second round last year for the first time but his form so far this year does not suggest it is likely this time around.

He faces a tough first-round match also as he has been drawn against Reilly Opelka. The big American is looking to make up for lost time following injuries throughout 2023 and 2024. This is his first appearance at this event since 2022 where he reached the fourth round which is his best-ever finish.
