ROMA PREVIEW: ROMAN RUINS

Ivan Juric is under immense pressure. The Giallorossi sacked Daniele De Rossi in September and there are suggestions the Croat could be sacked over the November international break, too, after a difficult start with supporters protesting.

The Romans come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in Brussels in the UEFA Europa League in midweek. That result means they have won just two of their last eight matches across all competitions.

BOLOGNA PREVIEW: IMPROVED BOLOGNA

Thiago Motta led Bologna to fifth and UEFA Champions League qualification last season but he departed alongside the likes of Riccardo Calafiori and Joshua Zirkzee and that has hurt them despite the appointment of the impressive Vincenzo Italiano.

Performances had begun to improve and they have won their last two matches in Serie A but the visitors come into this one on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Monaco in midweek with a late winner from Germany international Thilo Kehrer.

ROMA TEAM NEWS: NDICKA DOUBT

Former Atletico Madrid man Mario Hermoso is out injured alongside Alexis Saelemaekers, whilst former Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan Ndicka is also out suspended.

PREDICTED XI (3-4-2-1): Svilar; Mancini, Hummels, Tasende; Celik, Kone, Le Fee, Zalewski; Matias Soule, Pellegrini; Dovbyk

BOLOGNA TEAM NEWS: COUPLE OF INJURIES

Lewis Ferguson has returned from a long injury lay-off but Bologna are still missing defender Martin Erlic as well as midfielders Michel Aebischer and Oussama El Azzouzi.

PREDICTED XI (4-2-3-1): Ravaglia; De Silvestri, Beukema, Jhon Lucumi, Juan Miranda; Freuler, Moro; Orsolini, Odgaard, Ndoye; Castro

UNAVAILABLE: Erlic (Injured), Aebischer (Injured), El Azzouzi (Injured)

ROMA VS BOLOGNA PREDICTION

Roma have been in crisis for the last couple of months with the Friedkin Group coming under intense scrutiny. De Rossi is still on the payroll at Roma with suggestions he could return over the international break. Bologna, as mentioned, have improved in Serie A and have been difficult to beat throughout the campaign so there is good value in a double chance bet in favour of the away team here.
