Rennes vs Lille Prediction
Stade Rennais failed to immediately improve following the appointment of Jorge Sampaoli during the November international break. However, after a very heavy month of spending during the winter transfer window, Rennes have been much-improved with back-to-back victories ahead of this one. Lille were on a 21-match unbeaten run of form across all competitions before a loss to Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League last month and the northerners have now managed just two victories in their last six games after they suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at home to then bottom-of-the-table Le Havre last weekend. Given the form of the two sides, a double chance bet in favour of Rennes may well be good value for this one.
Rennes vs Lille Tip: Double chance – Rennes to win or draw
