Quentin Halys vs Luciano Darderi prediction

Luciano Darderi will hope his X-factor on the clay can inspire a first round win over a Quentin Halys currently operating at a career-high ranking. 

The Italian world number 46 followed up his title triumph in Marrakesh with a surge to the quarter-finals in Munich to suggest he is one of the most dangerous men on the dirt so far in 2025.

Halys, ranked 52 in the world, will be playing in his first match of the year on this surface which could prove to be a key factor despite his excellent run to the semi-finals in Dubai recently. 

This will be their first face-off on tour and it’s hard to look beyond Darderi for this given his excellent clay form and Halys' lack of competitive action in terms of transitioning from hard courts.
