ALEXANDER ZVEREV VS TOMAS MACHAC PREDICTION
Alexander Zverev looks every inch a potential medalist once again at the Olympics and comes into this one having won six of his last eight singles matches. Tomas Machac made it through in three sets against Zhang Zhizhen but how much that result took out of him is yet to be known. He has been afforded ample recovery time, but Zverev is a different level of the opponent.
The expectation is that Zverev will boss the vast majority of this game on clay and that Machac will be unable to cope with his unrelenting quality play. Therefore, back Zverev to advance through in just two sets for the second round running.
