GREECE VS CANADA PREDICTION

When talking about Greece, there’s only one place to start. Giannis Antetokoumpo is the clear superstar within the squad and their success at the Olympics will largely depend on him and his performances. For Canada though, you’d expect more of a team contribution with a well-stacked roster that sees all bar one player plying their trade in the NBA.

Whilst Canada doesn’t have an ace like Giannis, their all-round ability across the court is likely to overwhelm most of the Greek players and leave their star man with a very difficult task to carry them through, supported by the shooting and rebound skills of Ivica Zubac, who recorded a ‘double-double’ in that victory against Croatia. However, Canada are expected to prove a bridge too far for Greece.
