GERMANY VS USA PREDICTION

Arguably the star performer of the group stage after two rounds of fixtures faces her biggest challenge yet as Satou Sabally takes on USA on the back of having racked up 50 points across her last two matches. Sabally put up 33 points against Japan last time out but the reality is that the USA defence, all of whom will know Sabally well from the WNBA, will be far tougher to score against.

Whilst Germany boast an ace, USA boast an ace team, with the best in class all over the court and that strength-in-depth is what may well prove the difference against another unbeaten unit. Although not by a large margin, USA are expected to be the ones who seal a three from three record.
