THE PREDICTION
QB Dak Prescott made a welcome return to action following his
gruesome ankle injury and it looked like he had never been away as he
produced a monster performance in the season opener. His efforts were
still not enough for the Dallas Cowboys to get the better of reigning
Super Bowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they succumbed to a late
loss but there was plenty to like about Dallas’ performance. They will
hope to get off the mark in week 2 as they travel to Los Angeles to face
the Chargers, a team who were perhaps fortunate to claim the win over
Washington Football Team. The Chargers were solid on both sides of the
ball but will have to be better if they are to overcome the Cowboys,
although it is the road team that are the slight preference here as they
go in search of their first win of the year.
