Kansas City Chiefs were not at their fluent best but they still made
it five straight wins thanks to overcoming AFC West rivals Denver
Broncos. The Chiefs never looked in any real danger of losing that
contest but they failed to pull away despite having numerous chances to
do so. They improved to 8-4 with that success and can solidify their
spot at the top of the division as they come up against Las Vegas
Raiders. The road team fell to 6-6 with a fourth loss in five matches
after they were edged by Washington Football Team last week and having
conceded 41 points in their last matchup against the Chiefs just last
month, it is hard to see them getting close to their divisional rivals
with the home team able to extend their winning streak to six games.
