LOS ANGELES RAMS
- Los Angeles Rams took full advantage of New Orleans losing QB Drew Brees early on as they picked up a comfortable win over the Saints as they improved to 2-0 for the season but face an intriguing battle on their hands as they head to Cleveland.
- The Rams could be without TE Tyler Higbee and RG Austin Blythe after the pair were forced off with injuries against the Saints and neither were managed to log a practice on either Wednesday or Thursday.
- Star DT Aaron Donald is in some doubt ahead of the game after only managing limited participation at the start of the week but it would be a surprise if he did not suit up against the Browns.
CLEVELAND BROWNS
- Cleveland bounced back from their disappointing display against Tennessee last week by claiming a comfortable win over New York Jets with a tough game lying in wait as they attempt to make it consecutive wins.
- Browns TE David Njoku suffered a concussion in the MNF clash last week but also endured a broken wrist and is expected to be out of action for at least a month but it will depend on whether he needs surgery.
- The Browns have a huge injury list to deal with this week and more have joined after the first practice on Wednesday and their entire starting secondary are dealing with issues ahead of this game.
THE PREDICTION
Cleveland put in a solid performance against New York Jets last week but face a difficult ask to back that up as they host the LA Rams. The visitors were impressive in their win over the Saints but they too will know they are in for a tough match against a Browns outfit that could provide a shock. If the home side are to win, they will need their starters to suit up but with so many in doubt, they are likely to fall short against an impressive Rams side.
