Newcastle Jets vs Auckland Prediction

The Newcastle Jets are perennial strugglers, as mentioned, in the A League and they remain in the bottom-half of the 13-team table but they come into this one in some excellent form. Their  most recent outing was a 3-1 defeat of bottom-of-the-table Brisbane Roar and that was their third win in a row. They face an Auckland side that had a dip in form in the middle of the season but they have since recovered from that, although they come into this one on the back of a 4-4 draw with Adelaide United the other day in a game in which they were 2-0 up and then thought they had snatched all three points with a 92nd minute goal to make it 4-3. This is a game between one side that are very difficult to beat but one in good form so it may well be surprisingly entertaining for the neutral in New South Wales.
