Nathan Aspinall vs Gerwyn Price Prediction

Despite not putting in a bad performance by any means, Nathan Aspinall was outclassed by Luke Humphries in last week's quarter-final, while he didn't exactly inspire confidence in the Players Championship events this past Monday and Tuesday.

The Asp crashed out in the first round on Monday and averaged under 90 in three of his four games, and he will start to feel the pressure if he fails to pick up some points in Glasgow.

Although Gerwyn Price was also a quarter-final loser in Belfast, the Welshman had a completely different experience at the Players Championship events. In Tuesday's tournament, the Iceman went all the way, beating fellow Premier League participants Luke Littler and Chris Dobey en route.

Price will no doubt be the more confident man in Glasgow, and can be expected to go through to the semi-finals.
