Nantes vs Lille Prediction
Nantes come into this one on the back of a 1-0 defeat at home to Strasbourg at Stade de la Beaujoire in their most recent outing, last weekend. The home team have now suffered four defeats in their last five matches as they hover just above the bottom three and the danger zone in Ligue 1. Lille took the lead against Borussia Dortmund in midweek but eventually suffered a 2-1 loss on the night, losing 3-2 on aggregate, in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League. The man who gave them the lead in that game, Canada international Jonathan David, scored the only goal of the game in their unconvincing 1-0 defeat of bottom-of-the-table Montpellier Herault at home last weekend. The visitors haven’t been playing for a while and it could well be a good value bet to side with the hosts here, especially with their home advantage.
Nantes vs Lille Tip: Double chance – Nantes to win or draw
