Monza Preview: Horrendous season
Monza appointed AC Milan legend Alessandro Nesta in the summer and then sacked him in early January as they struggled consistently. After just a month of Salvatore Bocchetti in charge, Alessandro Nesta was then brought back but things have remained very poor.
The home team have managed just two victories and collected just 15 points in their 32 matches so far this season. They most recently suffered a 1-0 defeat to fellow strugglers Venezia in Venice last weekend.
Napoli Preview: Grinding it out
Napoli begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting three points adrift of defending champions and league leaders Internazionale at the top-of-the-table as Antonio Conte, heavily linked with a return to Juventus, seeks to grind out another Scudetto.
The Neapolitans come into this one on the back of an impressive 3-0 demolition of struggling Empoli at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona last weekend courtesy of a brace from Scott McTominay as well as a Romelu Lukaku strike.

Napoli Team News: Defensive doubts

Monza vs Napoli Prediction
Monza have been poor throughout this campaign and they have scored just 25 goals in the process. They do have the worst defensive record in the league but it isn’t as bad as some of the other poorest sides in Europe’s major leagues. That means it is unlikely to be a hammering here and, to be fair, it is always rare for Napoli to produce a hammering of their opposition so the Neapolitans grinding out another three points is the likeliest outcome for this one in Monza.
Monza vs Napoli Tip: Napoli to win & under 3.5 goals
