Montenegro vs Gibraltar Prediction

As mentioned, Montenegro endured a tough UEFA Nations League campaign and did suffer automatic League B relegation but they did manage to deny Turkiye their promotion with their only win of the campaign as they now take one of Europe’s poorest sides, Gibraltar.

Montenegro became a force to be reckoned with in terms of qualifying for tournaments about ten years ago but the Montenegrins never did reach a tournament and have now majorly drifted. They are 73rd in the world, having been 16th in 2011, but will hope to find some new form under the management of former Czechia international Robert Prosinecki.

They now face a Gibraltar side that, as mentioned, are one of the weakest sides in European international football. The visitors do come into this one on the back of a seven-match unbeaten run of form with victories against Andorra and San Marino as well as draws with Wales, Liechtenstein and Moldova.

Gibraltar will have renewed confidence with results against some poor sides but, even despite their poor few months, Montenegro are firm favourites for this one with home advantage.

Montenegro vs Gibraltar Tip: Montenegro to win & under 3.5 goals
