WILLIAM GOMIS: THE JAGUAR ON 11-FIGHT WIN STREAK COMING INTO UFC PARIS

William Gomis will relish the opportunity to fight in his hometown of Paris at UFC Fight Night 243 as he looks to continue his promising start in the UFC. The talented featherweight has adapted to life in the Octagon in style having won all three fights in the promotion so far. His record of 13-2 is comprised of seven knockouts, one submission and five via decision. His only professional MMA losses came back in 2016, and the Frenchman is full of confidence after winning his last 11 fights.

JOANDERSON BRITO: DANGEROUS BRAZILIAN LOOKING FOR STOPPAGE

Joanderson Brito came through Dana White’s Contender Series back in 2021, but then lost on his UFC debut at UFC on ESPN 32 dropping a decision to Bill Algeo. It is fair to say that the 29-year-old has since found his feet and the Octagon. He has since reeled off five successive wins with three knockouts and two submissions. His skill set on his feet and on the ground make him an incredibly dangerous opponent for anybody as he has racked up 15 stoppages in his 17 wins.

WILLIAM GOMIS VS JOANDERSON BRITO PREDICTION

This main card fight in the featherweight division promises to be one of the more entertaining on the entire card at UFC Paris. Local favourite William Gomis will have his hands full against dynamic Brazilian Joanderson Brito.

Gomis has plenty of momentum behind him right now having won 11 fights in a row but our preference is with the Brazilian.

He has so many different ways to win his fights, and we expect him to just have too much for the Frenchman.

PREDICTION: JOANDERSON BRITO TO WIN
