30-year-old Irishwoman Shauna Bannon, fighting out of Dublin, is set for her seventh MMA bout. In her professional career so far, she has won five bouts with one defeat. Alice Adelean, on the other hand, has nine wins and five defeats in her 14 professional fights. The 32-year-old is the number one ranked pound-for-pound female fighter in Romania. Bannon has shown some really well-rounded fighting skills in her six fights so far but when put on the back foot and coming under pressure, whether that be externally or within the octagon, there is a concern. Alice Adelean is the far more experienced of the two and, whilst she has suffered several defeats, they have all come in fights where she was ambitious. Adelean should be preferred here.
